<p>Welcome to Sea + Second, a freshly renovated beach home located at 180 E Second Street, just a 3 to 5 minute walk to two nearby public beach access points, including one that is handicap accessible. This charming coastal retreat features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a bright, modern living space with an open-concept kitchen, quartz countertops, and new appliances. Outside, enjoy a private in-ground pool, outdoor shower, and plenty of parking.</p>
<p>Cleaning and linens are included in your reservation. Linen service includes whole-house bed linens and bath towels, with top and fitted sheets for each bed, pillowcases, one towel set per guest, and one kitchen towel provided.</p>

<p>Guests will have access to the entire home, part of the garage, the pool area, outdoor shower, and parking areas. The inside of the home and guest garage is accessed via keyless entry.</p>

<p>Your safety matters. The property features exterior security cameras facing the driveway and HVAC/pool equipment areas. Cameras are outward facing and do not monitor any interior or private spaces. Cameras record video when motion is detected. During rental season, the camera located near the pool area is turned backward to protect guest privacy.</p>

<p>The garage located at the front of the home is available for guest use. Guests may access it using the same door code provided for the house. Once inside, the front garage door may be opened to store a golf cart or beach supplies. The garage door leading to the poolside may also be opened from inside the garage.</p>

Sea + Second | Pool & Short Walk to the Beach

From the moment we walked in we were blown away by how clean, bright and welcoming this beach house was! I've stayed in many OIB houses over the years and I can truthfully say this was a perfect match for our family of 9. Ages ranging from 2.5 yrs old to 71, this place offered something for everyone. The host truly thought of every detail to make Sea and Second a pleasure. Toys for the youngest and corn hole for the older ones. (They quietly played until 1AM!) There was even a beach cart to take our items to the beach! The location was ideal offering a quick and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked making cooking a breeze. BONUS>>>The grill was also clean and ready to use! The linens were there upon arrival! The layout was spacious enough for our family of 9 but cozy enough to feel like home away from home. If we had any questions, the host replied very quickly. We will definitely be back and stay here again. Highly recommend! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

Magical week for a family of 9!

Our family had a great time during our vacation at Sea and Second! The house was clean upon arrival, family-friendly, and equipped with everything we needed for a fun stay. The beach was just a short walk, made easier by the provided beach cart (also chairs, umbrellas, beach toys). The highlight for our kids (ages 7 and 5) was their bunk bed room, watching for the garbage trucks, and the private pool! The kitchen thoughtfully had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the provided guide book gave helpful suggestions for eating out and things to do as well. This was a wonderful first experience staying in Ocean Isle!
