This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a recent remodel in a private area of our property. It is designed for 10 people but can accommodate 12 people when sharing the 6 beds. It has a full kitchen, Keurig Duo coffee station, living/dining area, and Roku TV. Plenty of places to relax outside on the cedar-fenced deck, which includes a gas grill and deck chairs. Enclosed back yard. Free Wi-Fi. Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area across the road from the office area. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!
Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

North House, 3BR/2BR, Wrap-Around Porch, Sleeps 10

Very nice and clean house with a great location. We will definitely be back next year.

River fun

2 Families of 4 shared the North House and it was ideal. Had baseball tourney in Kerrville and was able to come back to the house daily and cool off in the beautiful Guadalupe river. Home had all the amenities that we needed and check in/out was a seamless process. River is very peaceful in this area and really doesn't flow too much so a great place to anchor out and watch the kids go off the rope swing. Highly recommend this place!

Baseball Tourney/River Therapy

The North House is new remodel and awesome inside. New deck offers lots of outdoor fun. We loved the location and definitely coming back.

Quiet, fun place! Recommend!

The North House was recently remodeled and beautifully redecorated. It has new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and comfy bedding. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to any couple or family looking for the perfect getaway!

Super Comfortable
