The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses are two separate houses rented together as one booking! This is great for large families or two smaller families on vacation together. The River House is a 2/1 (sleeps up to 4, but 5 if you use day bed/couch). The Ivy House is a 2/1 (sleeps up to 4). Each house has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and patio area. These two houses share the driveway circling them that is also used for parking. This listing does not include the ROL Main House (that is a separate booking).
The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses are located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River. These two houses are next door to the Main House. Guests have access to a private HOA river area across the street (rules must be followed since shared space). The river is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long.
Stayhillcounty is the property manager and offers every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses - Total 4 BR, 2BA

Nice, quiet place on the Guadalupe River to enjoy time with our family. Everyone is ready to come back again. Guest houses were well stocked and close to the Main House.

Memorial Day Family Reunion 2025

Eddie, the property manager of Stayhillcountry.com, is amazing and very attenative. We enjoyed working with him. He let us know these two guest houses were available after we rented the River Oaks Lodge Main House. It really helped make our large family group very comfortable. Recommend!

River Oaks Guest Houses were great!

The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses were perfect for our group as we explored the Texas Hill Country. Two couples and one with a kid made it nice since we got two rentals in one booking! Definitely coming back in the summer to check out the river more.
