Canal Access: Boat Lift, Heated Pool & Dock

This place looks beautiful in the listing photos and it is even better in person! The house has a great layout and is very roomy. It was a very comfortable location for our multi-generational party of seven. The kids (especially) loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the setting on the canal, with sightings of birds, dolphins and a manatee. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to shopping, restaurants and the seashore. The Stays by OG team was incredibly responsive, helpful and welcoming. We were in town to see NASA's August 30 rocket launch, and staying here was a huge part of a great visit to Cocoa Beach.

it is even better in person!

My family and I absolutely LOVED Casa de Olas! This is a beautiful property, with just about any amenity you could want, from a place to fish, swim, work or play games with a group! The house was well-appointed, with plenty of linens (SO many beach towels, which was great) and the kitchen was fantastic! The hosts were very responsive and helpful with our questions at every moment from the time we booked the property. The property was exactly as described. The location could not have been better - close to grocery, restaurants and the beach! We even got lucky enough to see a scheduled rocket launch from the backyard during our stay! We will definitely keep this property on our short list to stay in the future! If you want a place with plenty of space to make memories, you really need to check out Casa de Olas - you won't regret it!

LOVED Casa de Olas

Good time

We had a wonderful family stay! The home was exactly as described, with a great layout and plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool, fishing from the dock, and seeing both a manatee and a dolphin right in the canal! The dual primary suites were a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to Cocoa Beach, the pier, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.Future guests should know this is a pet-friendly home, so those with pet allergies may want to plan accordingly. As travel agency owners, we’re always looking for great vacation homes to recommend, and we’d gladly recommend this one to families visiting Cocoa Beach. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories!
