Your villa is located in an upscale gated community located just 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Terra Verde Resort is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. Only a 25-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. Resort amenities include clubhouse, concierge desk, beach volleyball court, children playarea, stocked fishing lake, community pool and spa, exercise center, Cyber Café & arcade.

As well as a large family room, there is an additional sitting room, 
which is ideal when 2 families are sharing, or when you need to have 
adults only time whilst the kids chill out in their own sitting room.
The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. From
 the high bar counter in the kitchen you can see the family room where 
multiple leather sofas and armchair provide a relaxing 
location to watch the large screen TV, with NetFlix instant movies 
available at no charge.
For further entertainment enjoy the games room with a pool table 
The 4 bedrooms are extremely well appointed. 
The master bedroom has King size bed, ensuite bathroom 
The second bedroom has Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom 
Third and fourth bedrooms are both twins.

The villa has a games room with air hockey. Start planning those family tournaments now.
The laundry room is equipped with a new high efficiency washer and dryer.
Outside the villa you'll find your private pool.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

It is a stunning villa, just as the photos show. Clean, comfortable, very spacious. Loved the pool area, we hade lovely times sat there. Kitchen is great for preparing meals, we saved money by not dining out too much. Hope to book again next year. Sandra

It was very nice and my family enjoyed their time. It was very close to many places. Overall it was very nice.

We had plenty of space and the pool was divine. The property manager was awesome and very prompt and nice.  Will most definately use them again.

Lovely villa

. It is very close to Disney, so close we could drive home for lunch, much cheaper than dining at Disney. Villa is very well furnished and equipped. We would definitely stay again.
