Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family villa, nestled within the gated Sanctuary at West Haven gated community.
It has an open, inviting floorplan complemented by stylish, colour coordinated furnishings, allowing for your family to spread out and relax. The high ceilings and modern upgrades make this home feel bright and spacious 
 
You can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 
 
There is a fully equipped kitchen, that overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. Sliding doors open to reveal the serene haven of the covered lanai and screened-in pool. There is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and it has a coffee maker 
 
The villa has a stunning pool and deck. It is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a covered lanai with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. 
There are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun. There is a large gas grill that is free for guest to use. 
 
Our villa features a TV in the main living space for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. 
 
There is a well-appointed games room with Air Hockey, basketball and gaming equipment to keep all entertained. 
 
There are 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – King size master ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub.&nbsp;Doors open to the deck space and there is a walk-in closet
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bedroom that shares a jack and jill bathroom with the Mickey&nbsp;Mouse themed twin bedroom
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom: Mickey Mouse themed 
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom: Harry Potter themed
All our bedrooms feature additional flat screen TVs to keep everyone happy.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
The Sanctuary at West Haven is located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, Florida and is around 20 minutes (less than 15 miles) from Disney's Magic Kingdom and the other world-renowned Disney theme parks.
Universal Studios and the International Drive area is only 30mins drive away.
It is minutes away from the vibrant Champions Gate shopping area with supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets including a good selection of American style / holiday restaurants such as Miller’s Ale House and, Chillis.
The Omni Resort is right on your doorstep with its fine dining restaurants. 
 
The Reunion resort is 5 minutes away with its 3 world renowned including 2 Greg Norman designed championship courses for you to enjoy plus being close to expressways that will take you to all of Florida’s treasures, such as Tampa and the gulf beaches (1 hour), Atlantic ocean beaches (45 minutes), Kennedy space Centre (1 hour).

This well maintained villa was in the perfect location, close enough to the parks that it didn’t take long to get there but far enough away for it to be tranquil. We had a great view from our pool & the neighbourhood was peaceful & well looked after. The villa itself had everything we needed & was clean. The beds were comfortable & spacious. We would highly recommend & we would definitely go back.

Superb villa close to Disney, Universal and Seaworld an all the other Attractions Kissimmee has to offer. The villa is near a lot of attractions and nice stores . The villa itself is very comfortable and was large enough for our party of 5. In short a perfect villa for a perfect vacation near Disney and all of its attractions.
