We welcome you to our beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 4 Bed, 3 Bath Villa located at Highlands Reserve. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout.
Your villa is within walking distance of the Golf Clubhouse
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. The sitting room overlooks the private pool.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a double&nbsp;and the third and fourh&nbsp;bedrooms have twin beds. All linens provided.
There are three bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second and third&nbsp;bathrooms also have a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
There is a breakfast table, breakfast bar and dining area.
The lovely screened pool and spa&nbsp;has plenty of patio seating . You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. There is a child safety fence that can be removed if not required.Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
There is a family games room with pool table and air hockey.
Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental. 
Located in a sought-after area, the house ensures that convenience is at your doorstep. Just moments away, you can find a variety of shops, top-rated restaurants, and popular attractions. Whether you are looking for a quiet day at the shops or an adventurous trip to nearby attractions, everything is conveniently close.
The Highlands Reserve villa community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.
For a different golfing experience why not try the Country Club at Champions Gate or Ridgewood Lakes both of which are nearby. Other local courses include Southern Dunes, Reunion Resort (3 courses) and Champions Gate (2 courses). So many options so little time!
If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.
Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to it’s name!
