This beautiful home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom is&nbsp;located in Indian Wells Resort situated less than 15 &nbsp;minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions. It is an ideal location with easy access to the Disney World attractions.

Whilst the villa does not have a private&nbsp; pool you have free access to the large Resort pool, which is heated in winter.
The modern decorated living space offers comfortable seating and a space where all the family can relax and hang out.&nbsp; The open plan space gives access to all areas.&nbsp;
There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. The dining space is just off the kitchen with views over the pool and deck. 
Outside you have your own private garden, a great place for al fresco dining, and you have the option of hiring a gas BBQ.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master King sized bedroom with ensuite (separate bath & shower) and closet

All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and all bed linen and towels are provided.
The second family bathroom is located just off the living area.
There is also a laundry area

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

 Guests will enjoy free access to the following amenities at Indial Wells: a Resort pool, tennis and basketball courts, a park with a fishing lake (catch and release only), all conveniently located a short&nbsp; walk away. Thanks to its prime location in the Orlando area, guests are just a short drive away from world-famous theme parks like Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland and Orange County Convention Center. Plus, the routes to these attractions typically experience less traffic compared to those from resorts located further west, ensuring a more convenient and quicker journey. Guests will also find a variety of stores and restaurants, including Walmart, Chipotle, Wendy's, Subway, Pizza Hut, Five Guys, Starbucks and many more, all just a quick 3-minute drive away.

Lovely spacious villa with comfortable beds. Location is great for the theme parks and very close to a big Walmart. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Orlando ️

The house fit our needs exactly. It was as nice as advertised. We found the location to be perfect for visiting Disney, air boat rides, etc. I hope we will be able to rent the unit again in the future!
