This home is beautiful fresh and modern.&nbsp;You can sleep up to 6 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 
 
There is a fully equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs. The kitchen overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. 
 
The villa has a large screened in private pool, spa and deck space. . There are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun.&nbsp; Our villa features a TV for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. For recreational activities within your home there is&nbsp;Air hockey, basket ball game, dart board & foosball games.

The Santa Cruz community, is just a short drive from Walt Disney World amusement parks This beautiful and relaxing community is located only 5 minutes from a brand-new shopping area, where you will find Publix grocery store and shops It is also a 10-minute drive to Berry Town Center and about 15 minutes to Posner Park Outlet Mall. Want to play a round of golf, then ChampionsGate is right next door!
