This unit is part of a complex situated on The Strand. The residence offers its own private entrance through the courtyard located on the adjacent side street. 


Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit excluding a locked supplies cupboard in the living area. Self check-in is via a safety lock box, ensuring a smooth and flexible arrival process.&nbsp;

No car, no problem! This prime location is perfect for those on foot. You'll find nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop all within easy walking distance or E-scooter ride away.&nbsp;

This is a ground floor apartment with a small set of stairs leading up to the patio and additional stairs descending to the garage area. No lift available.&nbsp;The apartment itself is single level with no internal stairs.&nbsp;
Maximum clearance of the car parking garage is approximately 2.1 meters height and 2.5m width.&nbsp;
You'll find a washing machine in the kitchen for your laundering needs. The apartment does not have a dishwasher or tumble dryer.

This is such a great spot. Loved the enclosed courtyard and the close proximity to the beach and Rockpool. Beach volleyball nets and the opportunity to jump in on a game with locals was an added bonus for the kids. Will be returning for sure
