- 2 bedroom fully equipped apartment in a boutique block of 3 - 2 blocks away from The Strand - Ground floor of a 2 story building with a patio, dining area and bbq Please note most of our guests absolutely love this space and location, but some guests are bothered by noise from guests above as there is very little sound proofing between units
This is a spacious ground floor apartment. There is plenty of storage, and an internal washing machine and dryer.
From a local's perspective, this really is a fantastic location. You are just a moment from the beach where you can walk, swim, kayak, sail, shop, eat, drink and be merry. Being just two blocks back, you are far enough away from the traffic and noise that accompanies life on The Strand. You are welcome to a free coffee on us from the coffee shop opposite, and the best pizza in town is on the other side at Tony's! Please note: 1. There is a shaded area in the garden you are most welcome to use. 2. The grassy garden area surrounding the apartment is common ground. 3. The patio and bbq is shared between Apartment 1 and 2 4. A few times a year (e.g. New Year), street parking can become an issue. Our fully fenced yard is big enough to park cars for guests staying in Apartment 1 and 2. Please just ask if you'd like access to it (or you'd prefer to park your car in the yard at night). 5. There are no screens on windows at this property, and no double glazing, so please expect some noise on weekends, and from above due to the gorgeous timber flooring throughout. As mentioned, the block encompasses a large 3 bed executive appartment on the first floor (sleeps up to 10), and a 1 bed apartment next door (sleeps up to 2). If you are here with friends and family, and would like to rent out the entire block, please contact us for availability and a special rate. Private entrance at the front and back of the property.
You have an internal laundry.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have private access to the unit. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in upon arrival.
ENHANCE YOUR STAY
To make your visit truly sublime, we offer a range of optional services for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing and availability on extras such as airport transfers, car hire, in-house chefs, grocery pre-stocking, and more.
TARGET SEGMENTS Families with children The listing offers multiple bedrooms including one with bunk beds, a full kitchen, laundry, and is a short walk from the beach and parks. Large groups With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining table for eight, and multiple outdoor areas, the property is well-suited to accommodate bigger travel parties.
