Madya suite 4

Super nice location high on the mountains. You could ask them anything and helped you right away! They have nice activities to do. For example, we did a hike with nice guide Wiran, snorkeling trip to Menjangan island and Ijen Vulcano. Food from the restaurants that are included are delicious, especially Senja! All in all so enjoyed it very much here!

Super nice

Stunningly beautiful, well maintained place

Liked · A very beautiful hotel, a large green area, all in flowers, various shrubs, trees, right on the territory there is a botanical path where you can walk and see how cashews, lemongrass, bamboo and various other plants grow. The room was decorated with high quality and modern, all in pleasant textures, stone floor, wood, comfortable sofa, tactilely pleasant textiles, pillows, blankets… everything is tasteful and comfortable. The bed is of medium softness, the pillows are comfortable, two pieces per person, one in the form of a roller, it is convenient to hug at night. Lots of towels, 4 bath towels and a few hand towels. Right in the room there was a water cooler, a can of coffee, a can of tea, everything was in abundance. There was always a pleasant smell in the room, through the panoramic windows a view of the well-groomed garden. There are two pools with stunning views of the mountains, the green valley, the ocean and the volcanoes of the neighboring island of Java. There are two main restaurants and another one is opening, the food is delicious and quite a selection of dishes. The employees are very friendly, the system of communication with them through WhatsApp works, it is very convenient, I answer quickly to any questions. There is a free shuttle to a supermarket 7 minutes away. There is nothing particularly accessible around the hotel, but this was not necessary, for a week we did not even have time to explore the entire internal territory, and there are also many additional activities: we went snorkeling, climbed with a guide to watch the sunrise on the mountain 10 minutes from hotel, and so admired the beauties that the next day they asked us to organize an excursion for us to a neighboring island - hiking to the lake in the crater of the Ijen volcano. There is also a spa and yoga area.

Liked · Sumberkima hill retreat is the best place where you can stay in West Bali. Let me tell you why:
1) The design of the rooms and the whole concept of the place is remarkable.
2) They care not only about the quality of the service they provide, but must important, they do care for their customers happiness and comfort.
3) They had thought in all the different problems or difficulties that tourist from other countries can have, and you can see their efforts everyday.
4) The people working there are friendly and helpful guys and girls who will make their best on their job.
5) The restaurant (we only tried Suma rest) has the best dishes everyday, together with interesting daily specials, that the chef Gusti comes up with.
6) After all this, you feel like you don't want to leave the retreat, but if you want to explore the area, they have an excellent shuttle service that can take you to any interesting place around.
If you want to have a beautiful, relaxed and full of human/nature-oriented experience, come to this place.
