We have lived in Breck since 1995, love the town and also love to share advice and tips on places to visit and things to do!

"We loved our stay at this condo in Breckenridge! It perfectly fit our needs. The condo is located at the bottom of the Independence lift and a less than a minute walk to the gondola which made skiing a breeze for our whole family (we have advanced and beginner skiers). The condo had excellent amenities (big hot tubs, ski lockers, fitness center) that we took full advantage of and made our stay even better. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults and a toddler. Everyone had their own king bed and private bathroom. Lots of storage throughout and the kitchen stocked which was great for cooking. Communication with the host was easy and they were very accommodating to our needs. We are already hoping to come back in 2026 for our annual ski vacation." Airbnb Feb 2025

So I also own a property on Vrbo and get 5 stars on almost all my rentals. This place is amazing and the manager Amanda is very responsive within 3 minutes of texting and really made our stay most enjoyable
The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need and all pots and pans are in good condition. Which makes cooking so easy. I have rented many properties on Vrbo and this was one of the best .

Great stay

Everything was excellent. The very close proximity to the chairlift and convenient ski locker room worked out very well. The unit is very well appointed and updated.

January 26 Getaway

We loved the location next to the gondola and had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 2 babies. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities provided. We used the pool at One Ski Hill Place as well. Amanda and James were very attentive and are terrific property managers. Thanks for a great weekend!

It was perfect

We stayed at this location for the Christmas week of 2022. Brand new renovations made this a top notch condo. Ski rentals in the building and being steps from the lift made it super easy for the family. Gondola access to town and Peak 8 was a big help too.

We loved this condo! Great location at peak 7 with beautiful views. So close to the activities at peak 8 and great amenities including bowling. Condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time in Breck!
