Refined Sunapee Lakefront Home for Weekly Rental

The Alta Vista Property is excellent! Great easterly views of Lake Sunapee. Secluded, quiet neighborhood with a great deep water dock which was great for our 22' boat. The home is clean and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing week on the lake. The house has two grills, a screened in porch with a table to easily seat 6-8 people. There are SUP and kayaks for guests to enjoy. We plan on coming back next summer!

Great Getaway

At least 10 times a day either me or one of my friends said - "This is the best place we have ever rented". "This is the most perfect place". This is the best time of year when it is so quiet on the lake. The home was WONDERFUL. Had plenty of everything. More spices, etc. than any place we have been to over the years. Kayaks and a paddle board, the hot tub was used often and has plenty of room for everyone. Neighbors could be heard, but not seen and everyone kept to themselves (so felt very private). The water on this lake is SO CLEAR! We recommend the lake tour out of Sunappe - it was fun and informative. All the towns around were lovely to visit and great food at the local places. This place is a keeper and should be visited often. PS - the Mt. Sunapee ski resort is across the main road, so about 7 minutes away. Hiking trails all around as well. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Better than Expected

This home was the perfect getaway for me and my friends. We loved being serenaded by the loons and the serenity of the lake throughout the day. The kitchen was so nice to cook in and truly had everything we needed! The hosts are super responsive and answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to return!

Can't Wait to Return!

This is a gorgeous house in a lovely natural setting. The king sized bed in the master bedroom is also the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Me and all of my guests were very satisfied with the house and with the property services.

Gorgeous house in a lovely natural setting

Had no clue where I was going but took a chance on a house in a place where I had not been previously. Not only was the location "next level" but the lake views from this home was stellar. The house had everything we needed and then some. I would go back again!
