DETAILS OF POTENTIAL DISRUPTION: There is a home under renovation directly beside us. They are renovating their yard and building an extension to the home. We expect this will be in progress until mid October 2026. Noise levels are expected to fluctuate – some weeks it could be very light, others it could be more disruptive. We cannot reliably predict to what extent any particular stay will be impacted. Access to our home, utilities, and private parking are not expected to be impacted. If you are planning on spending the majority of your days at the beach/exploring the island, then this probably won't impact you much, but if you are hoping to spend most days at the home, it is not likely to be the most relaxing environment during construction hours. Work hours could start as early as 7am, end as late as 7pm, and although we don't anticipate work on Sundays, we cannot guarantee this.

Casa Nata - 3BR Villa with Private Pool

This home is exactly as advertised. The house is amazing, and they truly do think of their guests needs…. this is evident with the starter supplies they have ready for your arrival. We highly recommended booking any of their properties. We will be back!!!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandra’s home! The place was well kept and had everything we needed and more! Lots of beach/snorkeling gear and tons of items in the kitchen that were helpful for using the grill outside or having a cozy dinner at home. This place is a perfect home base — the location is perfect, close to pristine beaches and palm beach restaurant area by car or taxi. We plan on staying here again when we come back to Aruba!

A perfect home base

We had an incredible experience staying at this beautiful home in Aruba. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless-extremely clean and thoughtfully organized. The house had everything we could ask for: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, pristine bathrooms, and even beach essentials like towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. It made our beach days so easy and enjoyable! One of our favorite features was the pool. After long days soaking up the sun, coming back and jumping into the lukewarm water was the perfect way to unwind. It felt like a heated pool but wasn't- just amazing. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which gave us the privacy and comfort we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A special thanks to Siliva for her quick response on questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would love to return and stay here again!

Incredible Experience

My family and I had a great time staying at Alexandria’s home. We felt at home and loved the experience. We are going to definitely stay there again ok our next trip.

Great family stay

I’ll start out by saying, a simply amazing house. It was our own private oasis in Aruba. This was our second time in Aruba and we couldn’t have asked for a better time in part due to the host Alexandra and the property manager Silvia. We were welcomed by Silvia at check-in and received a very warm informative welcome to the island. It seemed as if everything was thought of when it came to making our stay comfortable at Casa Nata. We found ourselves referring to the Welcome Binder multiple times for great recommendations to beaches and restaurants, as well as instructions to anything on the property. Also anytime we had a question Silvia would respond within minutes. Zero complaints, highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.
