Newly Refurbished, open plan 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa nestled in the heart of Orlando just minutes away from the magic of Disney World, on the charming gated community of Highgate Park on Legacy Park. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. Located off the US27 it has easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. Highgate Park provides a convenient and tranquil retreat for guests seeking relaxation and adventure in equal measure.
Living Area 
This villa enjoys a spacious open plan living area, the perfect place to relax and unwind after your hectic day at the theme parks. Experience ultimate relaxation in the comfy living room, sink into the large sofas, unwind in front of a the large Smart TV with cable, and enjoy the elegant decor. From the main living area there is a sliding door that leads to the sun drenched pool area. Laminate flooring throughout the property.

Refurbished February 2025. The kitchen comes complete with Quartz worktops, modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the theme parks or cooking a family dinner, you'll find everything you need to make and enjoy a delicious meal during your stay. Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of having a home-cooked meal away from home. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast table with seating for 4 and views overlooking the pool, there are also two stools at the breakfast bar.

Highgate Legacy Park
Highgate Legacy Park is located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida and minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Highgate Legacy Park is a popular gated community of luxury villas and vacation rentals making an ideal place for your dream Florida holiday in the sun. 
Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports it is a great place to stay for your dream Florida villa holiday. The villas are located in a secluded gated community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
Highgate Legacy Park is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed coures (National and International), Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is the home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses (Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes).
Highgate Legacy Park is just over an hour from both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast so you have access to world class beaches right on your doorstep. Whether it's relaxing in the calm warm water of Clearwater Beach or the surf of Cocoa Beach nothing is very far away.
The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Nick was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. The villa itself was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed and more. The games room was great fun, and the pool and spa were excellent and well maintained. We would happily stay again and highly recommend.

Arrived at the villa and it was more than we expected, noticed a few issues and contacted Janis, who answered quickly and sorted out issues the best they could. The villa was stunning I think they could add more up to date pictures to sell it even more! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa, which is spotlessly clean and maintained to an extremely high standard. It is very well equipped. The villa is in a nice quiet estate, in a convenient, easy to find location. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool and spa which was fab. The management team are brilliant. A couple of minor issues were quickly sorted out. We reported the tv in the lounge wasn’t working, within hours they delivered a brand new tv and set it up for us. They really provided an outstanding service. We have visited Florida more than 30 times, and this is by far the nicest villa we have rented.

We really enjoyed the Villa. Clean, tidy and recently renovated it was a fab place for my family and I. We would recommend it to anyone considering Villas in the area.
