Cancellation policy

Guest must notify Homeowners in writing to cancel. Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will result in a refund for any of the cancelled rental dates the Homeowners are able to re-book. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in, along with early departures, delayed arrivals, no-shows, or shortened stays, are non-refundable.

Security deposit policy

No security deposit is due.
