Cancellation policy

• Written notice is required for all cancellations.
• 1) 30 Days or More Before Check-In: If we are able to successfully re-book some or all of your cancelled dates, you may be eligible for a refund for the re-booked dates. Refunds are based on the original rental charges paid for the cancelled dates that are successfully re-booked, plus applicable taxes. The cleaning fee will only be refunded if the entire reservation is successfully re-booked. Any applicable refund will be processed after the replacement reservation has been confirmed and all payments have been successfully received.
• 2) Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In: Payments are non-refundable. Early departures, delayed arrivals, no-shows, and shortened stays are also non-refundable.
• This policy is subject to our Hurricane & Natural Disaster Policy and Building or Property Unavailability Policy as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Security deposit policy

No security deposit is due.
