This is our escape from home Sun.Sand.Sleep which we are happy to share with you.
We are a family of 4 who live in Brisbane with busy lifestyles. We both work from home and we needed a place to escape and relax. With a teenager and a pre-teen in our family, we also needed downtime to reconnect.
This apartment unit offers a change of scenery and lifestyle for us. This is not a hotel unit! The decor has been set up for practical family usage with a flexible design to adjust to each families needs. We have included amenities such as luxury towels, linens and bathroom supplies to make ourselves and you, our guests, to feel special and pampered. 
When you arrive at Sun.Sand.Sleep you will be welcomed with complimentary treats to help you get settled in to start your holiday. Some basic pantry supplies are provided in the fully functional kitchen so that if you feel like cooking your own meals, you can.
This unit has a perfect blend of activities for kids and a relaxing weekend for parents. You can let the kids run wild with daily high-energy activities at the Novotel beach across the lagoon (included as part of your stay) while you grab a drink and stroll along the beach to watch the sunset on the Maroochy River. 
Do nothing - park your car in the garage and never leave - a convenience store is right across the lagoon in the Novotel lobby - or do everything - kayaks, catamarans, a water trampoline, three pools, the beach, the river, daily kids activities, a games room, and fish feeding is all complimentary and available for use without even touching your car.
This unit is situated just a 5-10 minute walk from the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre and the Novotel conference rooms. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this property is ideal for anyone attending a conference and needing shared accommodation.

Private Sunshine Coast Resort Unit

Well with Covid and working away, I haven’t seen my kids for about 2 years so I wanted some where that we could just relax and and be ourselves. This Villa was just the ticket. It had just enough space were we could just hang out and relax or explore the resort. Everything you could ask for was at this Villa. The bathroom had all your amenities, entertainment room with a large lounge; tv and Netflix. The kitchen was the winner for all of us. It was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We had a few great nights of good food and wine. All in all this is a Villa where memories are made. Your host are super friendly and will help you in anyway possible. Highly recommend this lovely Villa 

Reconnect with family 

Such a well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location. The welcome pack was especially appreciated. So nice to stay somewhere where the cupboards are well stocked with all the essentials. A great base to visit the area from!

Just lovely...

Such a warm and welcoming place to stay! All of the little touches really added to the gorgeous vibe of this holiday unit. The bathroom products to use, the sharing of the pantry, the welcome hamper, the QR codes linked to thoughtful play lists for different areas in the house... nothing was lacking! Our children 10 and 12 loved it. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and would love to return!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Sunshine Coast Holiday Unit. 
The location is fantastic - right on the waterway and a quick stroll to the beach. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need and more in terms of amenities. 
Given the unseasonable weather, we spent a lot of time indoors and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make family meals. The washer and dryer came in handy too, due to the rain. The space is so comfortable and cozy with lots of bedding/blankets and ample space for a family to spread out to read, play games, watch movies, etc. when the weather isn’t ideal for beach outings.
There are lots of wonderful cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby - we have added our suggestions to Vikram and Shellie’s excellent guide. On that note - the extra touches like the relaxing music playlist, restaurant guide, and the wonderful selection of goodies awaiting us on our arrival made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also visited a few attractions in the sunny coast that were good fun: The Big Pineapple and Wildlife HQ Zoo and Sea Life Sunshine Coast Aquarium.
Thank you so much for everything Shellie and Vikram - we will definitely be coming back to stay again!


Thoughtful amenities

Luxury, spacious 2 bedroom apartment with pool and free access to facilities of Twin Waters Resort just a short walk along a lovely track. Beautifully setup space with many thoughtful touches. Waterfront views, enormous outdoor covered living spaces too! Peaceful yet convenient. 5 stars!
