Retreat to our luxury tiny home overlooking Lake Superior with a king size bed, panoramic barrel sauna, heated floors, kitchen, full bath, and loft with a queen bed. Enjoy string lights, a grill, and fire pit area with adirondack chairs.
***Booking 9 months in advance. Summer and weekend prices are higher and reflect the demand of the season and location. This cabin is 1 of 4 units at our Superior Hideaway Resort.
Our property is equipped with very fast internet offering guests an easy way to work remotely if desired.
We allow dogs (not other pets) on the property; however we require that guests pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee before we finalize the booking. We expect that you will clean up after your dog and let us know of any incidences.
We provide our guests with a large outdoor area complete with a deck, a grill, fire pit area with adirondack chairs, and a private sauna.
Please bring your own firewood and kindling/fire starters for the campfire (unless you want to gather sticks in the woods which is completely fine with us!) Most gas stations are stocked with bundles of firewood to purchase on your way.
We provide a charcoal grill for guests to use but ask that you bring your own charcoal.
Our hope is that you fully enjoy all that our tiny home has to offer! We believe our place has all that you need to enjoy a retreat away without leaving the forest. Most recreational attractions such as hiking/biking trails, sight-seeing, ATV trails, or other destinations are nearby. You are more than welcome to bring your own bikes, snowmobiles or even your boat when staying with us. We provide plenty of parking space as well as enough of an area to turn trailers around. Check out things to do in the area on our blog.
Due to the weather in MN, please be prepared for winter travel when coming to and from our cabin. We make sure the driveway to the cabin is plowed for you but cannot guarantee how the roads leading there will be.
As your hosts, we want to make your stay as perfect as possible. We will be available via the app to answer any questions or concerns during your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Overlook Tiny Home

My husband and I stayed here with our dog over the weekend and had a great time! The cabin was exactly like the images and the sauna was a highlight of our trip. Although there was a decent amount of road noise when outside, the gorgeous views of the lake from the window and secluded feel from other cabins made it worth it. Would stay again!

Loved our stay!

This tiny home was a perfect getaway for our little family! The views are absolutely gorgeous. Our son especially loved the loft area and all the games that were provided.

Just a couple of minor notes: when we arrived, we noticed the door lock was a bit difficult to lock and unlock with the key. Also, the dish sponge provided appeared worn and used.

Overall, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us—we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful!

The moon, Orion's Belt, The Big Dipper, Cassiopeia, and more lit up our nights at the Overlook. Great hikes nearby amidst the Fall colors lit our days. We found restoration at The Overlook with its cozy vibes and great sauna. Thank you Superior Hideaways for creating a great place to get away from it all!

Star-filled

Love, love, love. It was the perfect location, perfect view, perfect accommodations, perfect for my family and pups. I would definitely stay here again.

Speechless

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the tiny cabin- we arrived in a blizzard and didn’t mind riding it out in the cabin, cooking dinner, listening to music and of course enjoying the sauna. Very peaceful, views of Lake Superior and many outdoor adventures to be found in the area.
We would love to return!
