Rio Dulce V1 Oceanfront condo

Stayed here for 5 days with my girlfriend, and wow - what a great spot! We appreciated all the extra space, the convenience to the beach and restaurants, and great service from Mario, Hilmar, and our other hosts. Thanks Surflink!

Spacious, accommodating, and walking distance to the beach!

Great spot a stones throw from the club house and Colorados beach break! Awesome to be able to walk out onto the grass and be so close the beach. The place has everything you need. Super comfy. Will be back here again for sure!

Great spot!

My husband, 4 teenagers and I stayed in Mark’s condo for 2 weeks over the holidays. We could not have scripted a more perfect stay from Uliana and Hayden who arranged transportation, tours to Ometepe (islands with volcanoes) and El Tambo (a sustainable farm) to meals cooked by Debis, bikes, golf carts, surf and boogie boards. They even oraganized a solo kids trip back to El Tambo for kids to volunteer with a ride to and from in back of Carlos’s truck.
There is something for everyone with smoothies, delicious food & drinks at the beach club steps away to a variety of 4 other restaurants with many locals and people from all over the world. Everything is fresh and natural; locally sourced and contributes to the incredible Nicaraguan people & community.
Hacienda Iguana a lovely community that is NOT commercial (built into nature)which is exactly what we wanted; yet, it has amenities including a couple stores, spa, rentals (bikes, boards, golf carts), restaurants, and gorgeous star gazing Bc there are few lights at night.
It was the perfect getaway for our family that currently gets by with little Spanish although we are working on it. We always felt very, very safe.
What else can I add: the massage gifted to us by Mark was amazing.
The surf was perfect entertainment for the 4 kids. Also, shout out to Katie (a local school teacher) for the awesome surf lessons.
We are soooo happy to travel and learn about Nicaragua full of wonderful people.
We will be back! Soon!

Perfect Stay
