Zona Rosa 73, Santa Barbara

Zona Rosa was a wonderful location for our Santa Fe trip ---so convenient to everything and also so quiet. Excellent communication from host. Off street parking was a nice addition.

great location!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect! The communication regarding entry and policies was clear. The place, which is a climb up some stairs to the 2nd floor (not an issue at all for us), was clean and comfortable. The location was great - we felt safe and had an easy walk to downtown. We had a rental car that was easy to park on the premises. We drove to the Railyard area and to Bandelier National Monument. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay: Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe immensely. This was a great location. It was perfect for our stay. Easy to walk to local amenities. We had a small struggle with the entry since our door was upstairs from the number plate, but that was mostly because we arrived late at night.

Great rental!

We stayed at ZR several years ago and this stay was even more special. Our condo was beautifully appointed with every amenity we needed. The location is one of the best in Santa Fe and yet quiet and secluded. Loved the fireplace and our comfortable private balcony. Antonette was very helpful and professional. We will return soon!

Wonderful getaway

The host is very responsive and provides everything. Close to a lot of great Old Town museums and restaurants. (Very light checkout cleaning too - take out trash, start dishwasher, strip linens).
