Steps Away Beach Cottage - Dune Suite offers an unbeatable Cape Cod location just steps from Pleasant Beach in West Harwich. Set on a quiet private cul-de-sac with ocean views, this classic seaside cottage is ideal for guests who value location, privacy, and easy beach access over modern finishes.

This is a well-loved, family-owned cottage with original character. The home dates back to the 1960s and retains many of its original details, including knotty pine wall paneling and cabinetry, and traditional Cape Cod charm. If you’re looking for an authentic, old-school Cape beach experience in an exceptional location, you’ve found it.

Guests love the privacy, the less-than-one-minute walk to the beach, and the convenience of off-street parking. No beach stickers, no hassle. Free WiFi, cable TV, and Roku streaming are included.
