Located shortly away from busy old town. With the best Mountain view, 40 sq.m. high up on 6th floor. With working chair & Laptop monitor. Enjoy pool, gym & balcony. DISCLOSURE: The place is away from backpacker center. It’s calmer & fits for guests with moped/ bike (I can guide you to a shop). From our reviews, most guests love this. A few find it slightly remote. There is a bar 0.5 km away that plays live music at night. They always stop at 12.30 am, never later. Most guests find this condo quiet and only a couple mentioned the noise. We provide ear plugs for any light sleepers just in case. The Space The condo is a corner unit with only one neighboring room. This means extra privacy. It is also situated away from direction of the highway. Meaning that we don’t hear highway noise like room on another side. Bright, cheerful and very functional. Perfect for family stay as well as super fast internet for digital nomads. Other things to note Long-term rate excludes the electric & water bill. I'll pass you actual bills from authority (electric est. 5 THB/unit) upon check-out. Most guests who use AC mainly at night pay 900–1,800 THB/month. I won't make profit on that. Most other hosts charge market rate 8 THB/unit
Interaction I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. Where you'll be My place is good base for your long stay. To explore Old town, trendy Nimman Rd. and the Airport. Shopping store such as Tesco Lotus is within walking distance. Getting around Although, you can access to local bus on main street: I strongly recommend you to rent a moped/ car for your long stay. Because on daytime, the sun is very strong. I can recommend the best rental shop once you book my place. Also, GrabTaxi app works very well.

Mountain View Balcony, Blissful Local Living

I enjoyed my stay at Eads, it was everything I was looking for. Ead was always a message away if I had any questions, which helps a lot. I especially enjoyed the pool and gym. Would happily stay again.

Everything I Was Looking For

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. It’s on a quiet street in a central location (suggest a motorbike). The apartment is a good size and clean. I really appreciated the desk and monitor as I was working a lot. The building staff and pool are also very nice.
The host is very responsive and helpful.
Unfortunately the sauna was broken for most of my stay, but I think it is fixed now. This was out of the hosts control, and they tried to help. There is a good gym called (Go Gym) for 60b only a few minutes away.

Great Setup for Working from Chiang Mai

The place was very comfortable. The manager at building was responsive and the owner was always available online. The view of the mountain was fantastic. The pool and gym were very convenient. Quiet building great balcony and everything was comfortable.
