3 Bedroom villa located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minutes walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay 
 
As you enter the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room is fully equipped with elegant furnishings & comfortable sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and a kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay. Guest bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. 
 
Upstairs, you will find the 3 modern bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed. The main bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor. 
 
Outside, the spacious garden offers a barbecue area, outside shower, dining area, comfortable seating area, sun-loungers and a large private pool with plenty of sunshine during the day. 
 
An elegant villa in a good location, yet close enough to enjoy a stroll to the beach. The perfect choice for families or groups of friends who are looking for a relaxing and peaceful break.

+ This villa is amazing and the facilities were 10/10. It had everything from a milkshake maker to a hot tub! The pool table, football table, darts and table tennis were a great addition to the villa and were used throughout the holiday and kept us all entertained.
The hosts were incredible and responded immediately to any queries or requests.
The location was perfect as it was in a quiet residential area but was central and was within walking distance of everywhere.

A fabulous villa in a great location

We had a lovely stay at Protaras View 9. Location was great - a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Easily drivable too, and it was handy to have a space to park the car right outside.We loved all the amenities, especially the floating bean bag loungers! We made more use of the hot tub than we expected to, so that was a nice added bonus! Really well equipped, plenty of towels, plates, cups etc! Would love to return :)

A comfortable, clean villa that meets all needs.The location couldn't be better! Everything is within a convenient walking distance, but still far enough away from the noisy pedestrian street.We would love to stay here again.

 Plenty of room for 5 adults and very clean. The facilities were really good and the villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The villa was very close to plenty of restaurants and beaches.

We were really happy with the villa overall

Very nice place to stay, quiet but still close to everything, like shops, restaurants, and the nice beach.The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of closets for clothes.Pleasant outdoor area with a comfortable sofa set and barbecue grill. The luxurious feel of the sun loungers and the floating beds in the pool were incredibly comfortable to lie on.Plenty of outdoor activities with a ping-pong table, dartboard, pool table, and soccer games.
