A fabulous 3 bedroom villa with POOL HEATING available in the heart of Pernera.&nbsp;
Villa Emily is part of the very popular, gated Crystal Lagoon development and is perfectly located for all amenities. It is a few houses down from 3-bedroom KaliMera Villa Amber, suitable for larger groups that prefer separate villas!
The pool can be heated, which is perfect for early and late season stays. Three bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans upstairs; the master bedroom is en-suite with shower and has a balcony and the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. Its perfectly positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few&nbsp;minutes stroll to the lovely beach and a similar distance into the town with all its restaurants and shops. A really lovely villa in the perfect spot.
Downstairs is a spacious area offering open plan living with the kitchen to the side with a window overlooking the pool and guest WC. Patio doors open out to the pool area. Outside Private heated pool if required, please request this on the booking form when booking (additional cost of €25 per night). A good sized private garden with privacy fencing and plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and for the kids to run wild! The villa is fully fenced off from the public area and we provide fencing across one area of the garden to create a fenced play area with playhouse and toys so one of the patio doors has access to it. This means you can leave the patio door open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the 7x3 m pool. There's outside dining for 6 people with a large sun umbrella, sun loungers, pool and garden lighting if you are sitting outside late in the evening. A gazebo and outside sofas make a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Although street parking is available, there is a driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location. What truly makes the villa is the Kalimera host/team, Nicholas and Rosie are 10/10 with their customer service and general support skills. They really made our trip perfect and we would use Kalimera again in a heartbeat. Not a bad word to say about the villa, it's beautiful!

From the first moment we stepped in to the villa we had the feeling we have a home away from home. Even from the moment we made our reservation we felt welcome. The villa was perfect, it was safe for the kids, the games and books were great. But more than anything we felt that you are there to take care of us and that you care so much. We felt we have another family away from home. That was amazing. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

Amazing Kalimera!

We had the best stay here! it was the perfect villa for our family. We loved so much, so I’ll try to sum it up: Only a very short walk to restaurants, bars, and 2 beaches. Toys available for the age your children are (including books and DVDs), Safety gates on stairs and outside at pool (this was fantastic!), even toilet training seat and potty available, and bed rails for kids! Airconditioning in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It’s kitted out much better than any other place we’ve stayed. Rosie was amazing to deal with and gave personalised recommendations. She was brilliant! The pool and outdoor seating and BBQ area were great and gorgeous at night with all the lights. It was such a fantastic stay that I’ve been recommending the villa to family and friends, and we would definitely stay there again if we went back to Cyprus.

Great vacation. Perfect organization. Perfect vila for family. Very good location - 5 min. to the beach and all restaurants. I think we will came back. p.s. I was surprise founding welcome pack. So good to be there. Thank you for all efforts to make our holiday GReAt!
