The Bay Shack 4BR + MIL Suite, Port St. Joe

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-Absolutely Phenomenal Stay!Where do I even begin? The Bay Shack was absolutely phenomenal! Hands down, one of the BEST vacation homes we have stayed in and rented in a very long time! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and everything we could have hoped for.We were a party of eight, and everyone had more than enough room to spread out, relax, and enjoy themselves without ever feeling crowded. It truly felt like our home away from home! The owner was absolutely wonderful! Very informative, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They also kept us informed about events and activities happening around the property, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their communication and hospitality gave us complete peace of mind throughout our entire stay. It’s not often that you find a rental that exceeds your expectations in every way, but this one certainly did!

Absolute Phenomenal Stay!

Tom was probably the sweetest and most helpful host we’ve ever had. We had the best time from the moment we stepped into the spotless house till the end of our vacation. It was such a peaceful time with cold air conditioning, separate spaces to unwind after a long day in the sun and really comfortable beds. The area has cute restaurants and Tom’s recommendation for coffee hit every morning (The Joe). We LOVED the golf cart!!!

The Nicest Host

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and neat and nicely decorated . The pictures of the place ,do not do it justice. It’s a lot better than what it looks like. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Everybody waves when you go by them here very nice. We went and swam at the pool that was fun. Water is very warm. We had a good time at the beach which is very close. We kayaked ver to Port Saint Joe’s State Park and back . That was fun. The neighborhood was safe. We didn’t have any problems. Nice family, friendly area. We got groceries at the Piggly Wiggly in Port Saint Joe. We rented out a pontoon boat and had a good time in the bay. We saw dolphins, a sea turtle, lots of fish, lots of birds. It was a fun and relaxing time and much well needed rest. We will definitely be back. :) also Tom was very nice and friendly and helped with everything we needed or any questions. He’s a great communicator.

Fun & Relaxing at the Bay Shack

The Bay Shack in Port St. Joe was the perfect place for our stay! The house has four bedrooms, including an amazing mother-in-law suite with its own kitchen and washer and dryer, which made the space incredibly convenient and comfortable for everyone.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the beach and the pool. Having the golf cart made getting around even easier and was definitely one of our favorite perks! Port St. Joe itself is such a charming, laid-back little town with that perfect old-Florida coastal feel.

And we can’t say enough about the owner! They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. The Bay Shack truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in Port St. Joe! 🌴☀️
