Willow | Riverfront Bell Tent

I found this lovely spot in August and stayed for a writing retreat and some fishing. I stayed in the Willow tent and was blown away by the layout, location, and all the ammenities. I booked again for September and when I arrived the hosts had lit the wood stove so my tent would be warm. My stay was during the early fall and I stayed warm, dry, and very comfortable with a few days of remote work and several more of fishing. I plan to make this a regular stop every year.

Best Camp for Remote Work and Fishing

My wife and I just stayed in the Willow tent as I came for my first steelhead/salmon fly fishing trip. What an amazing property and accommodations. Every time we had questions, we were promptly answered. They really care to make sure you’re comfortable while using their property. Archie gave me some great fishing advice which led me to catching my first steelhead and salmon. I’m definitely coming back to fish, and I’ll be staying at their lodge again. Their pups (Sydney & Lochy) are extremely friendly, even my wife (who is a bit shy of dogs) loved them. We loved the walking trails too. I spent a lot of time at Pat’s Pool. Again, an amazing place to call home for any trip, and I’ll be coming back.

Willow Tent

We visited British Columbia for two weeks and were looking for something remote that gave us a great base, whilst also providing an insight as to what the BC lifestyle was like.
As soon as we arrived, we felt most welcome and the whole experience was unbelievable. Spacious, comfortable and glamorous tent was all we needed and our host regularly made sure that we had everything that we needed.
We will most certainly be back next year!
Couldn’t recommend enough.
Would like to thank the team at Telkwa Lodge for making it such a memorable experience.

An Amazing Stay!
