-Open Water Lodge

I cant say enough about how close to the water we were - probably 20 steps from the front porch. The morning sunrise was out of a magazine! so beautiful. the place was incredible clean even user the beds lol
We had the best time and it was so relazing. THe beds were so soft

LAKE FRONT VIEW! WOW

Let me first say that the hospitality from the owners and their staff were first class all the way. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. I had younger children and my parents who are in their 80's. The Property was immaculate and the Lodge was beautiful and clean. We were worried about bringing my parents due to Covid but once we arrive everything was clean.. and let me tell you I was looking at everything. You could see they even cleaned the wall light switches because there were no fingerprints anywhere. The bathrooms were clean and had a faint smell of bleach (which I was glad to smell)
There were plenty of things to do even tho we didn't have a boat. We fished along the bank and they even have a fishing pier with a fish feeder that brought in the catfish. We caught 39 off the pier alone. It was beautiful. The little kids had a sandbox to plan in and plenty of room to run around. We felt very safe because the property is gated and kept shut.
It was such a good experience watching my parents with my grandchildren.
We will be back again and again. This will be our new annual trip.
Thanks!

I am so glad I took the chance and booked this place.....

We can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is. The staff at the resort is so accommodating and helpful and made me feel at home. The grounds manager was super nice “Don” and brought us an additional propane tank for the grill because I told him we would be grilling daily. The property was quiet, clean and stunning views of the lake. The owners made a special trip over just to say hello. We were star struck from watching them on the FoxSports show “let’s fish” .
Just an amazing place to visit!
We will be back!

Amazing view - stunning place! Star stuck!

Our new place! So relaxing and beautiful. Even the amazing photos on your website still didn’t do it justice. It’s breath taking. We have already booked again at this paradise!

Our new place ❤️

We had a small family reunion here and it was so perfect! The lodge is huge and so beautiful. What a view! The owners have made sure everything you need for a comfortable stay has been provided. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, coffee, bathroom amenities! Great attention to detail. The property is beautiful. Kids played volleyball, played in the peddle boat (you can rent for a small fee), fished the shoreline and played cornhole in the huge covered patio. Highly recommend!
