The king master boasts a private bath and 2 private balconies with east and west views for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. &nbsp;The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and private full bath. On site amenities include exercise room, sauna, community room, oceanfront pool and barbecue area.
Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer with laundry detergent, beach towels and chairs, bath towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, high speed internet and the ocean view.
We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door only from inside the unit.&nbsp;If you have any issue with this please let us know and we can work together to accommodate each other.

The Daytona Penthouse - 3,000sq.ft. 3BR, 3Bth 2 Story Condo

The penthouse unit was AWESOME!!! We had a great time with our kids and grand kids. The condo had plenty of room, having a separate bed and bath for each of us was a big plus. The balconies were never ending, just about every room had an access to the outside. The owners were great with their communication from the minute we reserved the place a few months ago. The only issue we had was our own fault and the owners really helped out when they didn't have too. The morning we left, we did not know that one of our boys had put the keys to their car in one of our bags and we left about an hour and a half before them. They had to call a locksmith to get a new key made because we did not find the keys until after we got home and unpacked. We called Joe to let him know what was going on and he told them to just hang out and occupy the kids with TV or something while they wait. We were worried they were going to have to wait in the parking lot for a couple of hours for the locksmith. I highly recommend this condo and the owners. It is a great condo and Joe is a good person!!!! We look forward to coming back!!!

Family Vacay!!

Would stay here again! This beautiiful 2-story penthouse condo made my wedding day just that much more special. I have beautiful pics from the balconies. Great communication with the owner - as we stayed during the impending hurrican Dorian. Very memorable experience. Would like to see the condo updated for the price, but for the 1st time staying there, I was not dissapointed.

Beautiful Views, great communication with owner

My little family had been stuck together for months on end. My son was really about to snap, so we made a last minute decision to go. My kids like getting smacked around by waves and we had never been to Daytona together, so my son chose this condo over all the others. If you are looking for brand new and you are persnickety, this isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for an unbelievable view, clean, comfortable and spacious, the penthouse is a perfect choice. Very clean, brighter than the pictures, well appointed with tons of the extra things that rental companies clear out. The sheets were soft, tons of cushy towels and beach towels, chairs, Boogie boards and toys, spices and some condiments, sugar, flour, coffee filters. I brought toilet paper, garbage bags, dish det. Laundry det. etc but the owner had them there. Previous renters leave them and it’s helpful to the next person.They even have body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers. The pictures do show what it looks like and it is accurate. Porch furniture was a little different but the salt air and heat takes it’s toll quickly on anything outside. Keep in mind it is an older building, but I find older condos are much more roomy. It was quiet, a little bit North of the action. The best part was the water. Perfect temperature, clean, sand was not shelly and if you got knocked over by a wave, your body didn’t get scraped up. My husband, who grew up on the Jersey Shore, said he had never swam in the ocean that much before. Never even used the pool. Owner was very responsive and we had a great time. Problem is, now the family is spoiled and will expect all the extras next time we go away.
