The home also has outdoor spaces at both the front and back of the house.
Need to get a little work done while you’re here? We provide a dedicated desk, ergonomic chair, and power connections for working remotely.
Our home has been lovingly decorated with personal touches inspired by our years in Nashville’s music industry, giving The Grove House a character all its own. You’ll have the entire 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home to yourself during your stay.
We love welcoming guests and are happy to meet you when you arrive and show you around, or you can simply check in and settle in on your own. Either way, we’re nearby and available if you need us.

The Grove House in 12South

Her place is spectacular and she really makes you feel special. I was very disappointed with another spot as it was not what was promised and I quickly had to find a new place immediately. She responded immediately and had me in her place within the hour. I was grateful and the Airbnb is beautiful and in a very safe and walkable to shops and restaurants. Thank you Candice!

Candice is a Rockstar.
