Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, activities, and the views are to die for. Remarkable, and breathtaking. The faculty, the grounds, the pools all is well maintained. This will be my home away from home.

Unforgettable

The Hills Residence is in a great location in Simpsons Bay. We were lucky to be able to stay for two months. Very walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery, and the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and looked exactly like the photos - no surprises. We were in Building A, which was easily walkable. We liked it so much that we booked it again for next year.

Our stay at The Hills Residence was nothing short of spectacular. The prime location in Simpson Bay is a major advantage, making it easy to access the best restaurants and beaches. We loved spending quiet mornings on our balcony, which offered a magnificent view of the lagoon. It was the perfect, peaceful start to our days.
The apartment itself is a testament to great taste. The exquisite decoration is both modern and inviting, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. We also slept incredibly well, thanks to the very comfortable bed that felt like a cloud after a day of fun.
The service was the cherry on top. A special mention goes to Isi, who was so friendly and efficient. She helped us book several local activities, which made our vacation planning completely stress-free. Her insights were invaluable. We highly recommend this residence for a flawless St. Maarten getaway.
