Excellent!

We arrived early and were allowed to use the pool while the staff stored our luggage.
All the staff was helpful and friendly.

Very good. Will stay there again when in Miami.

Our stay at The Hills Residence was simply wonderful. The location in Simpson Bay couldn’t be better, placing us perfectly to explore everything the area has to offer. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the lagoon — it was the perfect spot to start and end our days.
The apartment itself is stunning. The exquisite decoration gives it a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere while remaining incredibly comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed was fantastic, ensuring we had an excellent night’s sleep every night.
The service we received was also exceptional. A huge thank you to Manon from the team, who was absolutely delightful. She helped us book several activities, and her recommendations were perfect. Her assistance made our stay effortless and truly memorable. We can’t wait to return.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. The Hills Residence is a true gem. The rooftop area is spectacular, with its refreshing pool and two jacuzzis that offer stunning views. It was our favorite place to relax and take in the scenery. The view of the lagoon from our apartment was just as incredible.
We were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped with modern, state-of-the-art appliances that made cooking a pleasure.
The team also deserves special praise. Isi was fantastic; she helped us book several local activities, which made our vacation so much smoother. Her recommendations were perfect and saved us a lot of time. We highly recommend a stay here
