Welcome to The Hygge House!
Hygge, pronounced [hoo-ga], is a Danish concept and way of life. It is centered around enjoying life's simple pleasures, a calm and comfortable environment where you can spend time with the people you love. An overall coziness of the soul.
Our hope for The Hygge House is that it provides you with a cozy and comfortable place for your friends and family to come together after a day of exploration in Door County.
This location offers a bit of escape from the hustle and bustle while being close to the town of Sister Bay that has so much to offer.

Secluded Scandanavian Cabin In Sister Bay

My husband and I have visited Door County for 23 years, with and without our children while they grew up. We just completed our stay at The Hygee House and feel this was our favorite stay in the Door to date! The amenities,, cozy atmosphere, location, and comfortable stay made our family trip wonderful! We had 6 of us who did not want to leave! 5 stars!
