Minusha is a soul-nurturing sanctuary that invites you to escape the busyness of life. Let us take care of you in a space where time dissolves to allow for true presence and moments of reflection.
Walk barefoot on warm slate, breathe in earthy aromas, and let the courtyard sooth the outside world. It's a retreat for creatives, those seeking special moments, or anyone in need of some space.
A cocoon of solitude and comfort tucked away behind a historic corner shop in a quiet, leafy urban suburb. Warmly welcoming a diverse range of guests – whether you're a writer seeking inspiration, a creative soul yearning to bring ideas to life, or a tired parent in need of rest.
Inside
The bedroom serves as a sensory canvas, with a sumptuous linen-clad king bed and the soothing backdrop of birdsong and water fountain. The main room includes high ceilings with exposed beams, a fireplace, and antique yet rustic charm. This space is curated with every item, texture, and scent purposefully chosen to encourage presence, and delight in the magic of minutiae.
Pet Friendly
Our commitment to providing a welcoming haven extends to our furry friends. We are animal lovers and understand the joy and companionship pets bring to our lives, and that's why Minusha is proud to be a pet-friendly retreat. Your four-legged companions are not just welcome; they are cherished guests.
Curated wellness sanctuary with an outdoor bath
This property provides a unique retreat experience with thoughtful amenities like an outdoor tub, yoga mats, and a private courtyard, allowing guests to truly relax and disconnect.
Minusha is all yours to enjoy. Enter through sliding garage doors to access your private indoor and outdoor space.
A proudly inclusive space, we strive to create an environment that makes each guest feel welcome, held and supported. It is our belief that tranquility and inner peace should be accessible to all.
We are fortunate to carry out our work on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people and honour this privilege and responsibility with respect, humility and curiosity.
We provide a hands-off experience allowing our guests the freedom to fully immerse themselves in the tranquility we offer.
We respect your desire for privacy but rest assured that we are readily available should you need anything. Whether it's a helpful suggestion, a question, or assistance, we are just a message away, ensuring your stay is seamless and tailored to your preferences.
When you arrive, you'll be given a current list of local businesses (food, coffee, drinks, artisan goods, makers, healers) all within walking distance that we would love you to support.
We have a beautiful reserve opposite the property with a creek, abundance of birds and plenty of space for a picnic, gentle walks or letting your fur babies have a run.

Minusha is an urban retreat. Its leafy surroundings and convenient transport comes with city-fringe noise. You may hear a gentle hum of the nearby tram and the occasional train.
