Red Cliffs Villa is a charming stone house in Leonidio, Greece, surrounded by olive groves. Enjoy modern comforts, privacy, and stunning views of the Red Cliffs. Dine alfresco in the courtyard or explore local shops and eateries. Perfect for relaxation or adventure, with beaches, trails, and historical sites nearby.
Two year restoration now complete in Spring 2025. Some images are 3D renders; updated photos will be available in March.

The Red Cliffs Villa

Our stay at The Red Cliffs Villa in Leonidio was one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. Kirsty and Kosta are wonderful hosts who were always available if we had any questions or concerns. The villa was equipped with all of the supplies and amenities needed to enjoy our time. Ample space left us able to relax in the home without feeling crammed or on top of each other. The location is unmatched with gorgeous views and a short walk into town for coffee, a bakery, and groceries. Being only a short distance from the beach and many restaurants made it so you can go home anytime you need to have a mid-day snack or rest. I highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

I spent two weeks at the Red Cliffs Villa in July 2025 in a group of four (two young couples). The villa’s setting atop a hill gives way to vistas of the whole village and the famous red cliffs to the North. The home is well designed and exceedingly comfortable, with each bedroom equipped with air conditioning units and great linens. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the outdoor terrace is a lovely place to spend an evening. Access to laundry machines is a convenient plus. The owners are great people and clearly care a lot about the condition of their property and their guests’ experiences.

Brilliant Stay

From the very first contact, Kosta and Kristy felt incredibly warm, welcoming, and trustworthy. Everything went smoothly: from making the reservation to receiving the confirmation and all communication in between. Kosta was always available, responded quickly, and no question was ever too much.

The house itself was richly equipped with everything you could possibly need for a carefree holiday. When we asked about a baby chair, they even arranged a brand-new one for us last minute; truly outstanding service! During our stay, they also gifted us a full crate of fresh fruit, which was a wonderful surprise.

Kosta and Kristy were always there for us. Their hospitality, helpfulness, and genuine care made our holiday extra special.

We had a fantastic time in Leonidio and can warmly recommend this holiday home and its hosts. We would love to return someday!

Beautifully equipped villa

The Red Cliff Villa is an amazing spot for a vacation. There is lots of room for privacy, with the ensuites in three bedrooms, and lots of space to share, inside and outside. The pictures of the villa are exactly what you will see! Communication with the hosts was excellent—very quick responses, and LOTS of suggestions of how to get there, what to see and where to eat. A two week stay is needed to be able to visit all of the cafes, bakeries, restaurants, beaches, markets, historic sites, climbing routes, and hiking trails in the area. A well equipped villa, tastefully decorated, in a friendly, walkable town made for an excellent family vacation, with something for everyone. Highly recommended!

AHHHHHHH

Staying at the Red Cliffs Villa was truly something special. The villa is clean, beautiful, and just a five-minute walk from town. Leonidio is such a charming place—welcoming people, great restaurants and bakeries, and even an amazing little jewellery shop. The beach is only a short drive away, and buying just one drink gets you a lounger for the whole day. It never felt crowded, which made it even better.

The hosts were responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. They made everything easy and shared great recommendations throughout our stay. Overall, the experience felt authentic, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. A perfect place to stay in Leonidio!
