Rooster's Perch at Truman Annex

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks in January/February. We really enjoyed having all of the outdoor spaces to relax in - the two balconies off of the bedrooms, the front porch and the back deck. The unit was just like in the pictures. All the appliances worked great, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, and the washer/dryer worked just fine. Teresa was very responsive when we had questions regarding the television. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for a 3 week stay

My wife and I stayed at Rooster's Perch for 10 days. The condo was great. The location was only a couple of blocks off Duval, but still very quiet and private. It was an easy, safe walk to either end of Duval, Fausto's grocery, CVS, many restaurants and bars, and Ft. Zach. The condo is well appointed, nicely furnished, and spacious enough for our needs. We had a hiccup with the A/C unit when we arrived. My wife contacted Theresa at Conch Collections who responded immediately and sent someone to make the necessary repairs right away. Theresa even helped us out when our flight times changed! She was amazing to work with. We would definitely stay at Rooster's Perch again and would very highly recommend Conch Collections.

Great Condo!

We would definitely recommend! Great location, nice area, clean and comfortable. Pool can get busy, so get there early (although we were their during Spring Break). Would go back again.

Review of Rooster's Perch

Great location, but not easy to find that first evening arriving in the dark. Conch Collections was great to work with. We were able to walk to Truman`s White House, Hemingway's house, Fort Zachary and other tourist areas in Old Town. Unit was great for 4 people. Pool was nice. Area was quiet except for the roosters, Lol. Would book again.

Our two weeks at Rooster’s Perch in the Truman Annex was a great winter getaway from our homes in Arkansas, Iowa and Baltimore. The weather was fantastic and the condo was perfect for our needs. The location made it easy to go to the beach or Duval and all places in between. Recommend it highly.
