In a dominant position in the heart of the Roero-Langhe wine region between Alba and Asti lies the impressive Villa Magna property with spacious rooms and incomparable 360-degree views of the surrounding vineyards and the Alps with their Monte Viso. Stylishly modernized, Villa Magna offers absolute privacy with its own pool on a 1-hectare park plot.
Modern marble bathrooms, a new kitchen with a cooking island and stylish designer furniture in fusion style leave nothing to be desired. When entering the residence, a wide corridor opens the way to the two living rooms, the dining area and the spacious kitchen with access to the outside. There is also 1 large bedroom with an additional sofa bed, 1 full bathroom and 1 guest bathroom on this floor. The staircase leading to the upper floor is characterized by a vertical glass wall over the entire height, which gives brightness to the entire villa. The upper floor has 4 large bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with another sofa bed and a 5th bedroom with a bunk bed. Two modern renovated bathrooms in marble design complete this floor. Furthermore, a wraparound balcony surrounds all the bedrooms on this floor and extends on the west side of the house to a terrace with an incomparable panorama, from which you can touch Monte Viso with your finger as well as the Castello di Govone, dating back to the late 17th century, which watches over Govone.
Piedmont is a well-known destination for wine and food lovers with a preference for red wine and truffles. Villa Magna is located here in the heart of the famous Langhe-Roero vineyard landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, between the towns of Alba, Asti and Barolo. In addition to culinary delights, the distinctive landscape also makes Piedmont a popular place for hiking, cycling (bike rental in Alba), spa & wellness (Acqui Therme), various city trips, skiing in winter (Limone Piemonte, among others) and swimming in summer (Savona and Noli, for example, on the Ligurian coast). Highlights include wine tastings with wine cellar tours and truffle hunting directly in Govone and the surrounding area. Private cooking courses can be booked for an additional fee for an unforgettable stay in Villa Magna.
Villa Magna is located between the big cities of Milan, Turin and Genoa, each of which is about 2 hours away by car. It takes about 1.5 hours by car to Savona on the Italian Riviera; about 2 hours to Lake Como near the Alps. About 2.5 hours by car to Nice on the French Riviera. The nearest airports are Milan and Turin.

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!
