Stylishly modernized, Villa Magna offers absolute privacy with its own pool on a 1-hectare park plot.
Modern marble bathrooms, a new kitchen with a cooking island and stylish designer furniture in fusion style leave nothing to be desired. When entering the residence, a wide corridor opens the way to the two living rooms, the dining area and the spacious kitchen with access to the outside. There is also 1 large bedroom with an additional sofa bed, 1 full bathroom and 1 guest bathroom on this floor. The staircase leading to the upper floor is characterized by a vertical glass wall over the entire height, which gives brightness to the entire villa. The upper floor has 4 large bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with another sofa bed and a 5th bedroom with a bunk bed. Two modern renovated bathrooms in marble design complete this floor. Furthermore, a wraparound balcony surrounds all the bedrooms on this floor and extends on the west side of the house to a terrace with an incomparable panorama, from which you can touch Monte Viso with your finger as well as the Castello di Govone, dating back to the late 17th century, which watches over Govone.
