You’ll love our cozy, yet spacious studio-style glamping wall tent. The outdoor kitchen is simple but very functional. There are plenty of pots and pans, frying pans, and a full set of dishes and wine glasses. For cooking, we have a 2-burner propane campstove as well as a two-burner gas barbecue. The cooler with a supplied ice pack will keep your food nice and fresh. We provide plastic totes to store your food in. There is a cozy couch where 3 can sit, or one can sleep, and an expandable table where you can eat and relax. There’s a private and beautiful fire pit just off the deck with benches on either side to enjoy an evening campfire before bed. The solar lights that come on automatically at dusk provide a lovely, cozy atmosphere for relaxing. We offer access to a shared compost toilet and hot shower - just a 2-3 minute walk away. Set on 10 peaceful acres, the property invites you to unwind among the forest, a serene pond, a seasonal waterfall, a blooming orchard, and a loop walking trail. Multiple outdoor gathering spaces create opportunities to slow down, read, or simply take in the quiet surroundings. Several fire pits are available throughout the property for cozy evenings under the stars, subject to local fire regulations and permitted season during your stay. Additional Amenities and Details: - Free parking for one vehicle. - Easy access to trails, beaches, and outdoor adventures. - Hot outdoor shower and clean compost toilet is just steps away
We live in a gorgeous semi-rural area halfway between Sechelt and Madeira Park, both of which are under 20 minutes away by car. We are up on a mountain with wonderful views of the ocean, islands, and Vancouver Island.
We are within walking distance of trailheads including Homesite Creek with beautiful waterfalls. There is public transportation over to the Sunshine Coast via BC ferries and a bus that runs from Langdale in Gibsons to Sechelt. From there you will need access to a car, motorcycle or bicycle to get here as we are 2.3 km off the highway, up a winding road. If you don't have access to a vehicle, there is a ride-share service called ‘Coastal Rides’ on the Sunshine Coast as well as a taxi service.
For convenience, the Halfmoon Bay General Store, is about 5 minutes away by car, and has all the essentials including a small liquor store. It also features a wonderful café with a view into Halfmoon Bay.

Glamping Tent in the Woods

The glamping tent was a luxurious treat! It had all the amenities and a comfortable bed. The grounds were also fun to tour around, and we loved visiting the chickens!

Luxurious Treat

I loved tent camping and the host Karen was very nice and accommodating. The pot toilet was well equipped with toilet paper and peat Moss was a great idea. The visit to the orchard and the history of host was interesting. The tent was well-equipped and we had a very good night's sleep. Friendly helper Amos and kudos to his service and good mannered and cheerful Overall it was the best experience and we would like to come back often. Thanks to Karen and family. Devaraj and Manju

The Best Experience

Everything in the description was exactly as it was upon arrival! The glamping tent was very clean, organized and equipped for our stay. The campground was very quiet and cozy. Kito and Karen are excellent host and I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Very Quiet and Cozy

We loved our stay here! The glamping tent had everything we could ever need. Kito, Karen and Amos were super helpful, especially with giving us dry wood for our fire. Would stay again!

Hidden Getaway

My husband and I had a great time staying at the wall tent. It gives you the camping feel without the hassle of setting up and taking down a tent. The listing has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and cooking needs. The site was private and cozy. We saw two beautiful elks as we were arriving at the site which was so nice to see. Karen and Kito were kind and responsive hosts. I definitely recommend staying here!
