Rest easy in the safe, family-friendly neighbourhood of West Beach. The property offers 4–5 off-street parking spaces, plus a secure double garage with extra storage for all your gear.
Most standard-sized caravans and trailer boats will fit across the driveway, and there’s external power and water access available if needed.
Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds downstairs, and 1 double bed upstairs.
For larger groups (up to 10 guests), we provide 2 high-quality, comfortable foam mattresses stored in the built-in robe of the twin room. These can be easily set up on the floor when needed.
All bedding and linen is provided, including for the spare mattresses.
Please note: bookings of more than 8 guests will incur an additional guest fee.

West Beach Getaway

Well-equipped, spacious home suited our group perfectly. Good location, close to the beautiful West Beach. Also conveniently close to shops. Large outdoor area and plenty of parking. Having a pool table added extra fun to our holiday. Thanks Tom for making us so welcome in your home.

This property is an amazing space for the extended family holiday. The living areas are spacious, as are the bedrooms and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, plus more. The outdoor area and BBQ was a bonus, as was the upstairs space with the pool table and large screen.
Everything was very clean and the additional little things made it a home away from home experience.
Even the "fur" family member was catered for with a large backyard to explore.
Tom is a joy to deal with and quick to respond if needed.
We have already booked another stay and can't wait to return.

Amazing extended family space

Great place in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to shops and water. saw some amazing sunrises from the top floor!
Spacious house with everything well laid out - we were not left wanting of anything - from a vacuum cleaner to a coffee machine.
Host was very responsive and easy to liaise with.
If we ever come down this way again, I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location and thoughtful host. House had all we needed for a fuss free stay. Nice touch with different milks and some basics available in the pantry. It felt like home away from home. Highly recommend. Tom was a pleasure to deal with.
