I absolutely love this area with its stunning architecture, countless restaurants and cafés, bakeries (des Gâteaux et du Pain, Poilâne, Angelina, Hermé), and excellent shops and supermarkets (Le Bon Marché, Monoprix, Naturalia). You’ll also find cheesemongers, fishmongers, delicatessens, butchers, and wine shops nearby.

An outstanding apartment in the heart of Paris! The location couldn’t be better: beautiful museums, charming shops, and excellent restaurants are all just a short walk away.

The apartment itself is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the layout makes excellent use of the space. After a busy day exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a peaceful and welcoming place.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris.

Excellent apartment—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved our stay and were treated very well. The place is amazing, with great places to eat nearby. You just have to know it's on the 5th floor. We’ll definitely be back !

We had a great time staying at Nicolas's place. High ceilings, a lot of daylight, new furniture. It had everything we needed: a fridge, a stove, a microwave (also toaster and coffee machine). It's a beautiful historic building. Our two-year old climbed up the stairs like a champ! We could also leave the stroller in the storage downstairs. Thank you for hosting us!
