Tre L at Watauga Lake - Butler, TN

"We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Tre L at Watauga Lake for my Birthday! The townhouse was spotless, beautifully decorated, spotless and exactly as pictured. The location is unbeatable—gorgeous views of the lake, minutes to the winery, local breakfast spot, 40 minutes to Johnson City, 90 to Asheville, NC.

Mike and Jennifer are incredible hosts and put so much thought into their home. The Wi-Fi is great, the porch with the view is awesome for morning meditation and yoga. Highly recommended! What a peaceful place! Will return often!

QUINTESSENCE

Perfect place to relax and watch the water. The home was warm and inviting with all of the small details thought of. We will absolutely be back. The hosts were wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

Jodi

This awesome gem is a most valuable and unique collection in East Tennessee. We stay as we dropped our daughter off to school. Great retreat place. Super clean. A perfect location and great view of the mountains & lake

Awesome Experience

We booked at Tre-L last minute for a family vacation with our three kids and two dogs. The condo was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. We loved having the lake view to enjoy each day. We filled our week with pontoon rides, kayak and rafting adventures. The local winery was stunning and I highly recommend. The hosts were great communicators and we love to return in the future. Thank you for providing us with an excellent place to gather for game nights, family time and to sleep (like rocks) every night.

Perfect Week

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home under the stars ⭐️! We enjoyed every minute! We spent time on both upstairs and downstairs decks staring at the lake and the beautiful night sky! And to top it off, this home is so well appointed with all the features and functionality anyone could ask for! The rain shower and ceiling fan in one of the master bedrooms was a perfect touch! Such a great time!! We will definitely be back!
