The layout flows from the light-filled living area into a sleek kitchen, a tranquil bedroom, and a modern bathroom. The Highlights: 1) The Terrace | Your Ultimate Setting for Mediterranean Outdoor Living • Surrounded by silver-leafed olive trees and Mediterranean greenery, this is your front-row seat to history. • Look directly over the ancient Church of Montevergini and catch a glimpse of the majestic dome of Santissimo Salvatore. • Sink into the plush chill-out sofa for a morning espresso, soak up the sun on the loungers, or share a bottle of local wine at the wrought-iron dining table 2) Seamless Living & High-Speed Connectivity • Fast Fiber WiFi: stay connected with high-speed internet. Whether you’re working at the dining table or outside on the terrace, you can count on a stable, fast connection. • Climate-Controlled Comfort: fully equipped with A/C to keep the loft crisp and cool during the Sicilian summer, and efficient radiators to ensure a cozy, warm atmosphere throughout the winter months. 3) The Location | At the very Heart of the City • You are perfectly placed to experience the best of Palermo. • Step outside and find yourself immersed in the city's architectural treasures, vibrant markets, and world-class dining.
