Welcome to an exceptional 4-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront retreat positioned along the beautiful shores of Lake Carlos, one of the Alexandria area’s most sought-after lakes. Thoughtfully designed for relaxed luxury and effortless entertaining, this home offers a rare combination of beautiful lake views, private waterfront access, and a truly enviable location.
The lake follows you throughout the home. From the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, dining room, and sunroom, you can enjoy views of the water from nearly every gathering space. Step outside and the experience continues, with your private dock and boat lift just steps from the home.
And the location is hard to beat. The property sits directly next to The Cove, the local hot spot where boats gather and summer days on Lake Carlos come alive. Enjoy the energy of the lake right next door, then retreat to your own private waterfront whenever you're ready.
Outside, everything is set up for making the most of your time on the water. Spend the afternoon swimming, stretch out on the lily pad, take the kayak out for a paddle, or simply relax by the shore and watch the boats go by. The private patio and sandy play area give everyone space to settle in and enjoy the outdoors.
As evening arrives, fire up the Blackstone grill and enjoy dinner overlooking the lake. Then gather around the fire pit for cocktails, s'mores, and stories beneath the stars as the water settles into the evening.
With four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living spaces, and beautiful lake views throughout, this home offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and make yourself at home.
This is more than a lake house. It is a place to slow down, entertain, get on the water, and experience Lake Carlos at its very best.
Stay steps from the lake. Wake up to the views. Spend your days where the action is—and your evenings in your own private retreat.
Welcome to your Lake Carlos escape.
