A CITY BASE BETWEEN GRAN VÍA AND CHUECA
A private apartment on Calle de las Infantas for up to three guests. There is a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The third guest sleeps in the living area, not a second bedroom.

LIVING AND COOKING
The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room, with a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. The table can be used for meals or planning the day; there is no separate office. The living room has a sofa and TV.

BATHROOM, BALCONY AND ACCESS
The bathroom has a shower. A small balcony faces the street and brings light into the living room; it is not a group dining terrace. The apartment is private, with the entrance, lift and passageways shared with residents. When the sofa bed is used, the living area also becomes a sleeping space.

THE AREA AND TRANSPORT
Calle de las Infantas is between Gran Vía and Chueca, providing a base for theatres, restaurants, shopping and walks around central Madrid. It is a lively urban location; quiet cannot be guaranteed. Combine walking with public transport or taxis for other destinations. Plan car access and parking separately; no private space is included.
