Great little cottage and within walking distance to a beautiful view of the ocean! We would definitely stay here again!

Great

We loved this cottage! So quiet and an incredibly picturesque area. A 2 min walk to watch the sunset or see an iceberg. As my sister said about it, ‘it’s like your grandma’s cottage, and she loves you very much so she thought of everything to make you feel comfortable’. Verna’s cottage feels like a big hug💖MarciVernon, BC

Review

Large & roomy cottage with bedrooms (DOUBLE beds) on either side of the kitchen/livingrm/bathrm. huge couch and nice antique items. New windows with screens. Easy walk to gravel beach 0.5km away. Toiletries & condiments were appreciated. When the fog clears you CAN see the water in the distance beyond 2 rows of houses.

Super cute cottage, comfortable and great for exploring the Twillingate area.

Twillingate is the absolute best! We've spent two weeks traveling accross Newfoundland, Twillingate is the first place I'll return to and I wish we'd booked extra time.Verna's cabin is wonderful and a quick walk from downtown restaurants and shops. It's older but everything works great and it's spotlessly clean.Icebergs! We saw so many in July.
