Villa Nanichi - Sunset Watcher's Dream Home

We stayed at Villa Nanichi in March 2025 and had the GREATEST time! Keri and Jared from Unique Island Assets went above and beyond for us multiple times. We typically like to be the kind of guests who the hosts don't even know are there, but we did end up having some friends with us who used the concierge service. Keri and Jared helped us out with some special accommodations multiple times and we absolutely appreciated it. Can't thank them enough. As far as the villa goes - It's an 11 out of 10. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable. The beds, couches, and furniture are all clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool are outstanding. The views from them would be difficult, if not impossible to beat! The location is close to town and if you've got any driving experience on St. John, getting to / from the villa is no problem at all. We often found a fun family of deer hanging out just off the villa property as well as an awesome lizard who lived in a tree on the far edge of the yard. They were fun to watch from the pool when they decided to stop by for a visit. Other than them, our stay was completely private. We had so much fun. We loved every minute and can't wait to return to STJ. Thank you to Jared, Keri, the UIA crew, and the owners of Villa Nanichi for having us. We appreciate it more than a review can say.

The hot tub and pool are outstanding

We stayed from April 26 - May 2 and didn't care to leave, either this home or St John. Hours of idling on the large deck, in light rainfall underneath a covered rood by the small pool. We grilled, took meals outside on the heavy iron table or inside on the handsome wooden table. Comfy seating areas everywhere, and a great kitchen for the chef's delight. The king size bed, well, we wanted to pack it for our flight home, too. The views? Oh, breathtaking, vivid, memorable. Just a powerfully unique experience staying here...and jeeping around the island, too; there's so much to enjoy.

Simply beautiful

Villa Nanichi has become our island favorite. This was our 3rd visit and we’re currently planning to return again next year. The home is very well maintained. It has the most amazing views on the island, I would say that it rivals the views from The Windmill bar and grill. Bedrooms are air conditioned, the living area is not, but there is always a nice breeze to keep it very comfortable. Not much more you could ask for. Can’t wait for our return!!!

Perfect again!!!

We stayed called Villa Nanichi “home” for 6 nights as we celebrated a milestone birthday. The villa was well-stocked & comfortable. We used the chairs & coolers provided every day at the beaches. Communication with the management company was quick & easy. The bedroom ACs were efficient. Water pressure was great too. The views…THE VIEWS! We spent every sunset on the deck watching the sun fade into the sea. We sipped our coffee on the deck in the mornings taking in the beauty. The pool was a great temperature to cool off & the hot tub was awesome at night. Villa Nanichi’s location was great for us also to visit beaches or go into town for a nice meal. We absolutely would love to stay at Villa Nanaichi again!

The views…THE VIEWS!

Villa Nanichi was perfect for our family. The view to St. Thomas were special morning, noon, and night. We enjoyed this beautiful home and were very comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the deck and in the pool. So relaxing. I would definitely consider staying here again!

So relaxing
