 Welcome to this charming 60 m² apartment located in Empuriabrava, with a large balcony and a rooftop. This apartment is the perfect place to fully enjoy your vacation or to spend a pleasant short stay near the sea. Nestled in the heart of Empuriabrava city center, it will allow you to reach the beach in just two minutes on foot.
 Housing
<ul><li> Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed measuring 150 x 190 cm.</li><li> Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm.</li><li> A bathroom equipped with a bathtub.</li><li>The living room includes a 150 x 190 cm convertible sofa bed, a smart TV offering French and Spanish channels, and a dining table.</li><li> The functional kitchen is equipped with a microwave, traditional oven, hob, small fridge, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster.</li></ul>
 This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
 Air conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom. Wifi is available at an additional cost and can be purchased at the residence reception.
 During your stay, you will have access to all the amenities of the "Gran Reserva" holiday complex. Reception is at your disposal for any assistance. You can enjoy the restaurant, bar and internet café, 4 swimming pools (fee payable) for adults and children, an outdoor children's play area, and a mini club for children aged 4 to 12 (June -september).
 Additionally, there are plenty of amenities nearby, with shops and a mini market just 100 meters away. A shopping center, restaurants, bars and a bakery are also located within the same distance.

Parking
 You benefit from a free private parking space in an underground car park at the residence.
 Important information
 Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

 You also have the option of coming with your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.
 For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a dishcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.
 In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.
