As a lower level, corner unit.. it is tastefully decorated and provides all the accommodations necessary for a truly memorable, 5 star stay. The patio and primary bedroom offer stunning mountain views and the tranquility of the small lake offers the perfect ambiance for your morning coffee or your evening beverage.
Located across from a pool and hot tub, a short distance from desirable restaurants such as <a href="https://www.mortons.com/location/mortons-the-steakhouse-palm-desert-ca/">Morton's Steakhouse</a>, and full access to the <a href="https://www.desertfallsgolf.com/">Desert Falls Country Club's</a> wonderful amenities. These club amenities include access to the fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and golf tee times can be purchase when available. Close to festivals like <a href="https://www.coachella.com/">Coachella</a> and <a href="https://www.stagecoachfestival.com/">Stage Coach</a>, <a href="https://bnpparibasopen.com/">Indian Wells Tennis Tournament</a>, <a href="https://aguacalientecasinos.com/properties/rancho-mirage/">Agua Caliente Casino,</a> and more!
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms both have queens. All three bedrooms have their own TV's so that you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies in bed after a long day of relaxation. 
The primary bedroom's bathroom has a separate bath tub and shower, the second bathroom has its own shower/tub combination, and the half bathroom in the hallway has a toilet and sink, all the bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries. 
 This home is walking distance from a pool and hot tub, a short drive to desirable restaurants such as Morton's Steakhouse, and has full access to the country clubs wonderful amenities. These club amenities include access to the fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and golf tee times can be purchased when available.
All guests must be preapproved and called into the gate for access. There is room for one vehicle in the garage and two vehicles can park in the driveway. Your unique entry code to the front door will be messaged to you before your arrival.

There are bicycles for your enjoyment in the garage. The golf cart in the garage however is not for guest use. You are expected to abide by all house and community rules at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages, violations, fines, or towing incurred during their stay. Such violations include but are not limited to noise, pets, theft, and trespassing.

We had a great time at this house. Chris was a fast communicator, the house was clean, and had a beautiful view of the golf course.
